This one on one training is specific for already certified lash artist who are looking to elevate their lash business and skill. This 8 hour one on one session/training isn’t a cookie cutter lash training, this class is customized to the lash artist individual needs. Whether its learning more advanced or new techniques, perfecting your areas of opportunities, gaining clientele, branding & marketing, application troubleshooting, etc!. Once you are registered you’ll be contacted to schedule a one on one interview via zoom to answer pre training questions & to discuss 3 things you want to work on and 3 things you want to learn. This will help create the BEST customized training on the day of your session. You will also receive a small kit with products and must haves that will help with the things you’ll be learning. Even the kits are customized to your lashing needs!! Once your mentoring session is completed you will also receive ongoing mentorship to help with any questions or needs you may have based on the things learned during your one on one mentoring session.
