Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important here at Vela Lash & Beauty, the appointment is reserved especially for you! It’s understood that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, therefore Vela Lash & Beauty respectfully request that you provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed. Because of this clients on the waiting list may miss a chance to receive services they’ve been waiting to schedule.
Because appointments are reserved for you personally, appointments will require a VALID credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment time. By booking you authorize Vela Lash & Beauty to charge your credit card a cancellation or no-show fee of 100% of the booked service that is not cancelled with in the requested 24 hour notice. Credit cards stored on file through Glossgenius are not charged until after service is rendered & you choose to pay with saved card or if you do not comply with the cancellation policy above. After your first no-show a full non-refundable payment for the service being booked is required for all future services. Also, if an invalid card is used and unable to be charged for a No-show or cancellation fee you will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
Lastly, any client who is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment may have that appointment canceled or amended. If this occurs a fee of 100% of the service scheduled may be charged. Please be respectful of our time as we strive to be respectful to yours by being on time and not rescheduling your appointment times.
